The AJC is reporting that Atlantic Stationdeveloper, Jacoby Development, has closed the sale on the Ford Plant site in Hapeville. Jacoby plans to redevelop the area into an aerotropolis described as an “aviation intensive” business district including office space, retail, hotel, restaurant and airport parking.
